Rehanuz Zaman is a technologist, social entrepreneur, and youth policy advocate from Dhaka, Bangladesh. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mindy, he leads the engineering and deployment of an anonymous, zero-knowledge mental healthcare platform engineered to eliminate social stigma and provide accessible psychological first aid to thousands of students and youth across South Asia.
Beyond his venture work, Rehanuz serves as an official Youth Climate Delegate at COP30 dialogues, advocating for digital public goods, loss and damage financing frameworks, and youth inclusion in climate adaptation technology. He is a recipient of the prestigious UNESCO & SEVENTEEN #GoingTogether Youth Grant, the EMK Center Small Grant, and is an alumnus of the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC).

Golden Vault is a student-founded startup from Daffodil International University. It is designed to engage and empower both technical and non-technical individuals by providing them with a platform to evaluate and enhance their skills through real-world challenges and expert guidance.
The OnCampus program serves as the first phase of the annual US $1,000,000 Hult Prize competition. Student volunteers, known as Campus Directors, organize training programs and community events at their universities focused on the Hult Prize challenge of the Year. The goal of every OnCampus Program is to advance a winning team to represent their university in the next phase of the competition.
UNICEF supports the Government of Bangladesh to respond to the needs of the most disadvantaged children. The 2022 to 2026 UNICEF country programme is aligned to Bangladesh’s Eighth Five-Year Plan for 2020 to 2025, with a focus on supporting Bangladesh to prioritize investments in children for the realization of child rights and sustainable development in Bangladesh.
A GenU Foundation Partner Group brings about stronger coordination and collaboration between the key stakeholders and partners: UNICEF, ILO, the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), BRAC, the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dhaka and JAAGO Foundation. Generation Parliament – a joint initiative of UNICEF and Bangladesh Debate Federation – facilitates engagement of young people in discussion of policies that have direct impact on their present and future wellbeing. Around 600,000 young people aged between 13 and 17 years have joined this initiative through online platforms with 300 groups formed in line with the parliamentary constituencies.
